Just a side note, here are a few things to consider when maintaining healthy hair.
Water: Drink lots of water preferably doctors recommend 8 glasses a day. The best way I keep up with my water intake was buying a contigo travel mug which holds up to 32 of water, that averages 4 classes of water. I drink out of my contigo travel mug twice a day( one in the morning which last a couple of hours during the and another in the evening which last until bedtime) and I fill it up to 32oz of water which gives me my full eight cups of water. Although I may still drink an organic juice of my choice, I still make sure I drink my eight cups using my contigo travel mug.
Vitamins: I do take a few vitamin supplements starting with women’s day gummies. They have biotin in them, along with B12 and B6( I take five days a week). Vitamin D was recommended (I take once a week) by my doctor due to me not getting enough of sun and I take a biotin once a week(I found that if I take more than once a week I risk getting acne, so I cut it down to 1x a week. I found even with me drinking enough water, I would still get acne).
